School Holidays: create a 'Bottle Bug' @ Manning Regional Art Gallery

Participants will use recycled plastic bottles to create the armature of their 'bottle bug' and use paper mache to finish the form. Artist and creator Jane Hosking will lead this workshop, giving tips and ideas for creative finishes.

Please bring in at least 2 recycled plastic bottles of different sizes (washed and dried) to add to the group collection for use eg drink bottle, sauce bottle The glue used in the paper mache process is non toxic and gluten free.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This activity is recommened for children and youth 8 and over.

What are my parking options at the facility?

There is a car park adjacent to the Gallery which is all day parking, and includes disabilty car spaces.

What can I bring into the event?

We recommend you dress for mess, and bring a bottle of water and a small snack for afternoon tea.
