Free Community Workshops
To celebrate the Saltwater Freshwater Arts 2023 - Aboriginal Art Award & Contemporary Cultural Objects touring exhibition, the Gallery is hosting free community workshops. This exhibition is presented by Saltwater Freshwater Arts Inc and a celebration of Aboriginal art and culture from the Worimi, Biripi, Dhanggatti and Gumbaynggirr nations of the Mid North Coast.
The Saltwater Freshwater Arts 2023 touring exhibition is proudly funded by the NSW Government through Create NSW.

Exhibition dates 7 December 2023 to 27 January 2024.
Collaborative Weaving | Saturday 20 and 27 January 2024 | 10am to 3pm
Come along a learn to weave with master Biripi weavers Joedie Lawler and Toni Baxter. This workshop will be a collaborative process where you can stay for the whole time or drop in only for a few hours to make a piece for the collaborative artwork. Be a part of a growing artwork! This is a free workshop, all welcome
