Saltwater Freshwater Arts 2023 - Aboriginal Art Award & Contemporary Cultural Objects is a touring exhibition showcasing Aboriginal artists living in the Saltwater Freshwater region.
This exhibition is a celebration of Aboriginal art and culture from the Worimi, Biripi, Dhanggatti and Gumbaynggirr nations of the Mid North Coast.
The Saltwater Freshwater Arts 2023 touring exhibition is proudly funded by the NSW Government through Create NSW.

Guest Curator and art award judge: Catherine Croll
Singing Gathang | 13 January, 1pm to 3:30pm
Come along a learn a song or two in Gathang, the local Aboriginal language spoken by the Biripi, Worrimi and Guringay people in the Mid North Coast of NSW. This workshop will be presented by Biripi Arist and performer, Hope Saunders and choir teacher/accompanist, Sandra Kwa. This is a free workshop, all welcome.
